About Your Amendments If you have deleted item numbers for paper and electronic titles, you can anticipate that you will no longer receive publications shipped under those item numbers within 72 hours of your transaction. You will no longer be able to claim items listed on shipping lists after that time. Deletion of microfiche item numbers will take effect beginning the week after the amendment was submitted. Libraries will only be able to make additions to their selection profile during the Annual Selection Update Cycle, starting June 1. All additions must be posted to the Web site by July 31. All additions remain pending until they are activated on October 1. Libraries will begin to receive new publications with shipping lists dated October 1 and after. Claims for new items listed on shipping lists dated prior to October 1 will not be honored. INCORRECT SELECTIONS - If you input an item number in error, you will need to contact GPO immediately via GPO HELP. If you do not report your error, your receipts of publications may be affected and claims may not be honored.
