NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: For construction, A-E,
and non-commercial services you are now required to complete
Annual Representations and Certifications electronically at
http://orca.bpn.gov
in accordance with FAR 52.204-8 located in Section 00600 or
Section K of the solicitation.
New procedures being implemented for U.S. Army Corps of Engineer
solicitations will require that all potential offerors, plan rooms
and printing companies register in CCR and FedTeDS in order to
view or download solicitations from the web site or obtain CDs
of solicitations. Visit the

FedTeDS websites.
