AWWA Public Officials Program

The AWWA Public Officials Program is designed for and by public officials, geared strictly for their interests as water/sewer board commissioners, mayors and councilpersons. This is the only program of its kind.

The program focuses specifically on water issues and provides elected and appointed public officials with ongoing professional development and a platform for networking opportunities with other policy leaders. It is designed to develop and enhance critical skills and abilities necessary to achieve excellence in organizations, and to enhance communication and sharing between public officials from diverse communities. (Please note that only elected/appointed Public Officials may attend these events).

This year in Atlanta, the Public Officials events were very successful.  We have posted a list of the ACE08 events with descriptions below:
