U. S. Senator Thad Cochran (R-MS) will attend events in Mississippi next week from Saturday, March 23, until Wednesday, March 27.
On Saturday, March 23, at 7:00 p.m. (Central), Senator Cochran will address the Mississippi Federation of Republican Women's Biennial Convention Installation Dinner at the Grand Casino Hotel in Gulfport.
Senator Cochran will speak at the Gulfport Business Club's "Salute to America" dinner on Monday, March 25, at 6:00 p.m. (Central) in the ballroom at the Grand Casino in Gulfport.
On Tuesday, March 26, the Senator will address the First Baptist Church of Gulfport's monthly business persons' luncheon at 11:45 a.m. (Central) at the church, 2120 14th Street, in downtown Gulfport.
Senator Cochran will be the guest speaker at the Mississippi Rural Water Association's 2002 Annual Conference on Wednesday, March 27, at 10:30 a.m. (Central). The event will take place at the Trade Mart Building on the Mississippi State Fairgrounds in Jackson.
Also on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. (Central), the Senator will speak at the Swearing-In Ceremony for Nehemiah Flowers, Jr., to be the U.S. Marshal, Southern District of Mississippi. The event will take place in Judge Henry Wingate's Chambers on the 1st Floor of the James O. Eastland Courthouse, 245 East Capitol Street, in Jackson.
