Congressman Joe Barton (R-Ennis/Arlington) has been against the Wall Street Bailout plan since it was first introduced by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson.
As the highest ranking Republican to vote against the plan, local and national media have turned to him as the conservative voice of opposition to the bailout.
