2005 Spirit of Idaho Awards

May 6, 2005 - Mel Shelton, Boise. For his efforts in music education over many years as a professor at Boise State University.
May 6, 2005 - Brenda Cameron, Caldwell. For her efforts to increase public awareness and education about family and domestic violence and to create a local shelter for women and families in need of assistance.
August 3, 2005 - Don Barnes, Joel Clark, Scott Hayes and Jerry Hawkins, all of Custer County. For their efforts regarding the Endangered Species Act.
August 8, 2005 - Albertson's, Inc., Boise. For support and donations made to deployed Idaho troops.
August 19, 2005 - Steve Carlton, Lewiston. For his efforts and long service at the local Boys and Girls Club.
