Congratulations to everyone who won a ticket to President-Elect Barack Obama’s inauguration. Below you will find information on how to receive your tickets.

  • You must pick up your tickets in person at my Washington, DC office on Monday, January 19, 2009 between 10:00am and 5:00pm.

  • When you come to pick up your tickets, you must show a picture ID.

  • The tickets are non-transferable. If you cannot attend the ceremony, your tickets will be reentered into the lottery.

  • You must agree not to sell your tickets.

If you are planning on coming to Washington D.C. for the presidential inauguration you may find some of the links to the right helpful. Please be prepared for large crowds and long wait times. The city is currently planning for anywhere from 1 to 4 million people to take part in the events on January 20th.
