The 2007 Biennial Survey is now available at http://fdlpdev.gpo.gov/fdlp .

When logging into the dev site, please use your FDLP Desktop username and password. If you log in and see the following message, it means that GPO considers your survey complete.

"Your login has been blocked. Please contact the administrator."

If you feel that your account has been disabled prematurely, please use the form below to request access to edit your Biennial Survey submission.

Due to dynamic IP addresses, we are working to ensure that users are able to access their responses from their current IP address. If you have previously answered the survey and logged into the Desktop, but are unable to see your answers, please contact GPO. Your previous submission is not lost. The system is looking for your previous IP address. GPO will reset the system based off your current IP address. Your IP address can be verified at http://www.whatismyip.com.

There are approximately 170 libraries that have yet to log into the FDLP Desktop. GPO staff will be reaching out to these libraries starting on Wednesday, November 14th.

As a reminder, the Biennial Survey is a legal requirement under 44 U.S.C. Section 1909.
