If you need advice, hands-on training, a business plan, a network started, or just a jump start for your confidence, you've come to the right place! You plant the seed, we'll help it GROW. GROW is partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration's Office of Women Business Ownership (OWBO), the only office in the federal government established to help women become full partners in economic development through small business ownership. OWBO provides programs to support women entrepreneurs from business start-up to expansion through a variety of services and resources. SBA's cooperation does not constitute or imply its endorsement of any opinions, products and/or services. All SBA's programs are extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
