We cannot accept cash for payment. Payment must be made by personal check or money order. Checks should be made out to: "KEEPER OF THE STATIONERY." Our office is not able to process flag requests without payment.
Flags will be mailed from the Washington, DC office DIRECTLY to the address given on the order form. There is no cost for shipping. The delivery of a flag is takes approximately 3 weeks after payment is received or after the flag is flown.
