Subject:      Amendment of Item Selections technical problem

This message is to alert the depository community that there was a technical
problem with the Amendment of Item Selections Web form now being used for
the 2005 Annual Section Update Cycle.  Between 3:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday,
June 22, until 10:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, June 23, 2004, ALL SUBMISSIONS
WERE PROCESSED AS DROPS.

If you tried to add item numbers during that time, please resubmit those
adds beginning June 25, but before the July 31, 2004 deadline, using the
form at: http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/fdlp/tools/amendment.html.

If you have any questions about this, please submit them through the "Ask a
Question" feature of GPO's online help service at:
http://www.gpoaccess.gov/help/index.html.  Choose the category "Federal
