Stock: Not less than 80% postconsumer fiber. Any 
percent over 80 percentage points, is encouraged, 
provided that the requirements of this Standard are met. 

 

 

Basis weight: 26 by 38 inches, 50 pounds

Curl: Paperboard shall lie flat with either no tendency to 
curl or with a curl, which can be overcome, under 
reasonable working conditions. 

 

General appearance: The surface and cleanliness shall 
conform to the standard sample(s) established by the 
Government. 

 

 

Testing: Shall be conducted in accordance with methods in part 2, Government Paper Specification Standards. The 
acceptance criteria Part 4 shall apply.
