Sen. Ken Salazar is cancelling all regional meetings scheduled around the state
for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this week due to forecasted weather conditions
that call for snow in many of the meeting locations. These conditions may make
it difficult for people to get to the meetings and would potentially cause delays
in the Senator's travel schedule. The Senator is making this announcement now
to avoid having people make the effort to travel distances only to have the meetings
cancelled or delayed at the last minute.
Specifically, the following meetings are CANCELLED:
• Monday: Fort Morgan, La Junta, Trinidad, and Alamosa
• Tuesday: Cortez, Grand Junction, Steamboat Springs
• Wednesday: Aspen, Granby
