Sen. Salazar Kicks Off Health Care Listening Tour

 

IDAHO SPRINGS, CO – Today, United States Senator Ken Salazar held the first of a set of town hall meetings he is hosting between August 7 and August 15 to discuss the condition of our nation’s health care system, his recent efforts to improve access to quality, affordable care, and prospects for health care reform in the years ahead.

As a member of the Senate Committee on Finance, Senator Salazar is in a key position to help develop solutions to America’s health care crisis. The statewide health care tour will take him across Colorado to solicit the input of elected officials, business owners, health care providers, and community members.
