December 29, 2008
Washington, D.C. - U.S. Senators Olympia J. Snowe and Susan Collins (R-Maine) today announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development program has awarded a $250,000 loan to Health Access Network, Inc. in Lincoln. The loan will be used to help build a new health care facility that will serve approximately 22,000 people in the Lincoln area.
"This new facility will allow Health Access Network, Inc. to address the growing medical needs of the Lincoln area while consolidating six clinical service centers into one," Senators Snowe and Collins said. "The project will improve the management and efficiency of this community-based organization as well as the vital medical services it offers."
