Hodes Statement on the Ongoing Violence in the Middle East
It is extremely unfortunate that Hamas' despicable terrorist activity has necessitated a response from Israel to protect itself. I had the opportunity to visit Sderot last year and saw first hand the damage done by incessant rocket attacks launched from Gaza. The United States must stand by Israel's right to defend itself.

Congressman Paul Hodes' Statement on New Hampshire Utility Companies' Response to the Severe Ice Storms
The severe ice storms and the continued winter weather have left thousands of New Hampshire families without power and left many frustrated with the lack of communications from the utility companies regarding when that power would be restored. My office has been in communication with the utility companies and with hundreds of New Hampshire residents over the past 10 days.
