The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) was established in 1965 and is the principal federal agency responsible for programs concerned with the nation’s housing needs, fair housing opportunities, and improvement and development of the Nation’s communities.
Requirements
Determine if your concerns are with the federal government or the state of North Carolina.
If your issue or problem is with the federal government, please send the Privacy Act waiver, which you can complete and print in Step Two, and/or a letter to Senator Dole asking for assistance with your subject. Be sure to sign the document and include your address and daytime phone number.
Send the Privacy Act waiver and/or letter to the Raleigh office of Senator Dole along with any additional information you may have regarding your case.
