Casework Assistant Veterans Affairs
Step One of Three
The Department of Veterans Affairs is responsible for providing federal benefits to our veterans and their dependents. It is responsible for providing compensation for veterans, spouses, survivors and dependents. The VA administers medical care, education and training, home loan assistance and VA National Cemeteries.
Please understand that under federal law, Senator Dole must have a request in writing before making an inquiry to the VA. To initiate your inquiry, you must complete the Privacy Act waiver and mail or fax it to the Raleigh office.
If you are having problems with a VA Medical Center please call the Raleigh office first.
Requirements
Complete the Privacy Act waiver, available at Step Two, and fax or mail it to the Raleigh office of Senator Dole.
Please include any supporting documentation.
