This Circular Letter is to announce the opportunity to submit rider orders for the below listed Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Guide to Federal Benefits publications.

If you would like copies of these publications, you must order them directly from GPO as OPM does not stock supplies of any of these publications.  Please note that the unit of issue on these publications is five (5) per package, thus the smallest amount of an item that can be ordered is five (5).  The total quantity of your order for each item must be divisible by (five) 5.  These publications will also be available on OPM’s Website at http://www.opm.gov/insure/health.

Please order these publications by providing the item number and title as noted in this letter. A separate requisition should be submitted for each different publication ordered.  Note that rider rates apply to single destination, local delivery.  Mailing charges, if incurred, will be added to your account.  Products are scheduled to be shipped to agency distribution points beginning October 20, 2008.

The publications listed below are the revised November 2009 editions.  The Guide to Federal Benefits provides summary information on the health plans participating in the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB) Program and information on the plans available in each state, rates, benefits, accreditation, and quality indicators.  The Guide also provides information on program features and enrollment instructions.
