This is the third hearing the subcommittee has held to examine the ability of the responsible federal, state, and local government agencies of the National Capital Region (NCR) to respond to a terrorist attack or natural disaster. This hearing will focus on the NCR’s strategic plan. Additionally, this hearing will focus on the coordination efforts within the region.
