Senator Boxer to Discuss Blueprint for Economic Recovery, Infrastructure Investment and Energy Independence

BACKGROUND:
U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA), Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee will discuss a blueprint for short-term economic recovery and long-term prosperity. Senator Boxer will highlight the need to mobilize the nation for energy independence and to rebuild critical infrastructure.
