I'm tremendously proud of our troops. It goes without saying that they deserve everything they need to end this war as soon as possible. That's why I'm prepared to support this request. However, I do find it disturbing that this request comes as the President continues to dig us further in debt by pushing through a massive tax cut to benefit the most affluent. That's simply wrong considering our nation is at war and our service men and women are being asked to give the ultimate sacrifice halfway around the world.
