This is an unspeakable, horrific and terrible tragedy. It's yet another devastating and tragic blow to a region already reeling from the devastating fire in Rhode Island. Obviously the pain of this loss is felt most acutely in Hartford but it's a wound that also is felt by our entire state. My heart and prayers go out to the victims' families at this most difficult time.
