STATEMENT OF SENATOR DODD ON ATTACK ON U.S.S COLE

October 12, 2000

"The attack on the U.S.S. Cole was a despicable and cowardly act. Those responsible should be held accountable and will pay a commensurate price for their actions. My heart goes out to the families of those sailors killed or injured; an entire nation's thoughts and prayers are with them at this most difficult time."
