INHOFE STATEMENT IN MEMORY OF PAUL WEYRICH

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) today made the following statement on the passing of conservative activist and friend, Paul Weyrich.
“Paul was a true American patriot,” Senator Inhofe said. “He was a man of vision who dedicated his life to fighting for the principals we hold dear. Paul was also a close adviser since 1976, with whom I consulted almost on a weekly basis.
“He was a brother and a dear friend; he will be missed. Kay and I express our deepest sympathy at this loss and our thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.”
