F.Y.I.  On 2008-0044-S, dated October 14, 2008, the number of packages were omitted from the shipping list.  The package count is 5.

F.Y.I.  Item 0689-A-09 on shipping list 2009-0094-P dated December 10, 2008 should read November 3, 2008 not November 1, 2008.

The following shipping lists were processed and distributed during the week of December 1-5, 2008:  

P = Paper, E = Electronic (e.g., DVDs, CDs), S = Separates 

Boxes should begin to arrive at your library within 7-10 business days via FedEx, except for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, which should arrive within 12-15 days.

If you are located at a university or large facility with several mail receiving points, please check that your box wasn’t delivered to the wrong building before making a claim.

Please notify GPO as soon as possible if we need to suspend shipments in the event of natural disasters (e.g., weather, fire). 

Claims and Missing Shipments

Please use our Web Claim form for items listed on Federal depository library shipping lists if:

• An item was not received.
• An item was damaged.
• An item is missing pages or is otherwise misprinted.

Microfiche cannot be claimed through the Web Claim form. The claim period for microfiche is 60 days from the date of the microfiche shipping list. Microfiche claims must be sent to: 

Libraries can only claim titles specific to their item selection profile. Claims are processed weekly by GPO. Libraries will receive claimed documents either in regular depository boxes or by separate mailings.
