A stark contrast to the Bush administration's continued inaction on health care, Senator Kerry will detail his plan to provide heath insurance for every child in America, the critical first step to ensure that all kids have access to quality health care and the opportunity to succeed in life. Senator Kerry will discuss his plan to mobilize grassroots activism to force the Republican Congress to act now.
This will be Senator Kerry's first speech in D.C. since the election.
