| The Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs will hold a briefing for Members of the Committee (and their staff) on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States’ (CFIUS) review of the Dubai Ports World (DP World) purchase of Peninsular and Oriental Stream Navigation Company (P&O). This briefing will be given by representatives from the Departments of Homeland Security, Defense, State, and Treasury.
