Washington, D.C. -- Senator Thad Cochran (R-MS) addressed members of the Infrastructure Security Partnership at their 2nd Annual Congress on Infrastructure Security for the Built Environment at a luncheon today on Capitol Hill.
Cochran, who is Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security, discussed homeland security issues, the budget, and related topics, before an audience representing more than 175 public and private-sector organizations who are members of the Infrastructure Security Partnership.
