Senator Thad Cochran (R-MS) will chair a hearing of the Homeland Security Appropriations Subcommittee on Tuesday, May 13, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) in room 192 Dirksen Senate Office Building. This hearing was originally scheduled for tomorrow, May 8, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), but was rescheduled to occur on the 13th due to a scheduling conflict.
The Subcommittee will discuss the fiscal year 2004 budget needs for customs and border protection, the Transportation Security Administration, and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Witnesses include: Robert Bonner, Commissioner, Customs and Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security; Admiral James M. Loy, Administrator, Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security; and Connie Patrick, Director, Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Department of Homeland Security.
