Date: 11/9/05 |
Time (EST): 3:00 PM |
Place: Dirksen Senate Office Building, Rm. 342 |
This will be the second in a series of Subcommittee hearings on the federal government’s security clearance process. This hearing will examine two critical components of the security clearance process. First, it will examine the Office of Personnel Management’s plan to address the longstanding backlog of security clearance investigations. Second, it will review the Executive Order issued by President Bush in June and the steps that the Office of Management and Budget is taking to implement the order.
