Bayh: Washington Must Learn
to Live within its Means

Senator Evan Bayh spoke out against fiscal irresponsibility in Washington during a series of stops across Indiana this month, explaining why he was the only Senate Democrat to vote against a federal budget that would add at least $2 trillion to America's ballooning national debt over the next five years.
