Casework
The most important part of my job is being a voice for Missourians in Washington. That also means representing the interests of my constituents to other federal agencies when problems, delays, or disputes occur.
Contacting Federal Agencies
Many constituents find the answers to their problems by contacting the federal departments and agencies directly.
Here is a list of federal agencies as well as links to their websites and contact information.
My staff and I are committed to working hard for Missourians to help resolve these problems. We're able to help if you are:
- a Missouri resident and
- having a problem with a federal agency
If you are not from Missouri we suggest you contact the Senators from your state.

Missouri Working for You: State Issues
My staff and I will do everything in our power to assist Missourians with federal disputes. However, if your problems involve a state or local government agency we also suggest you contact your Missouri state senator or representative. The state of Missouri's official website also offers links to departments, which allows you to contact someone within an agency directly. Older Missourians may also find more information in the Senior Citizen's Handbook.
