Participating States of the Wassenaar Arrangement are: Argentina,
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,
Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal,
Republic of Korea, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovak Republic,
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United
States.
Chairman
Thompson will be traveling to Europe during the week of April 20, 2000
to visit the Wassenaar Arrangement’s headquarters in Vienna, meet
with its current and past directors, and observe its operations.

and the future of multilateral export controls.
