This will be a joint hearing held with the House Subcommittee on Federal Workforce, Postal Service, and the District of Columbia, House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. The hearing will examine the implementation of the Government Accountability Office's (GAO) Human Capital Reform Act of 2004, the market based compensation study conducted by Watson Wyatt Worldwide for GAO, and the performance ratings of African-Americans at GAO.
