DAVID PAULISON AND LURITA ALEXIS DOAN   The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Susan Collins (R-ME) and Ranking Member Joe Lieberman (D-CT) announced today that the Committee approved by voice vote the nominations of R.
