Checking out Steamworks Brewery in Durango. It smells really good. #geo:37.272031,-107.879724
@Moka Haha! That just means you still owe me a drink sometime when I'm in South Korea.
The first person I followed on Twitter was @scottjanousek. http://tinyurl.com/9cflat #firstfollow
@scobleizer I second @acce's suggestion on a video about the Intuit Partner Platform. Some cool stuff. Check out @spatialkey
@leebrimelow also has a good interview with @ribbit about their $100,000 application challenge. A *lot* of prize money for Flash/Flex devs.
Congrats to Lee Brimelow on the first episode of Flasher Magazine - http://theflashblog.com/?p=589 - it looks like it will be awesome.
RT @wadearnold and @phillip - Two great AIR-based mock up tools: http://balsamiq.com/ and DesignView: http://tinyurl.com/3esqdt
@brij You think I can just buy a new battery? I'm doing that anyway. @SeanAlex I've had a ton of problems with it. My wife's is solid though
Awesome. My MacBookPro is now randomly rebooting. I really hope Windows 7 doesn't suck because I'm getting tired of my POS Mac.
Wow. Watching the Seahawks game with a bunch of people who *hate* the Cowboys. So much for America's team. #geo:36.730173,-108.190176
@bdeonline what issue are you having with Adobe AIR for Linux?
@randymatheson That's a good selection. Wall-E is a really cute movie.
I think Flex 4 changes the dynamic a bit, but I'm not sure if it makes code behind more relevant or not. People seem to say no.
Damn, waking up to a lot of good replies on Code behind in Flex. Not intending to drudge up the old Flex 2.0 debates.
@joshtynjala Yeah, the partial classes seem to make it easy. What's the inheritance issue though?
@kalisurfer It's a way of separating presentation from logic. .NET uses it pretty heavily.
@zstepek I'm not entirely sure why it's *better* than just using a Script tag with an external source, but it seems a bit cleaner.
Is there a reason that more people don't use code behind with Flex? I just wish we had support for it built into Flex Builder.
I love the "Head First" series by O'Reilly. @steveweiss, how can we get a "Head First" book on Adobe stuff? Flash/Flex/AIR/Catalyst?
