@roprice indeed we support the Google Analytics module as part of our Basic install profile for Drupal, so every Bryght site will have it!
Database server is up and hosted service (Bryght Light) sites are coming back to life.
File system check done. Now for the long, dark database server start of the soul.
We had to reboot the DB server for the hosted server this morning. It's currently doing a file system check. Will update when that's done.

The IP address change for hosted service customers is effective now. The old IP address is still up, but will go down eventually.
The hosted service's database server is back up, though we are still running final checks.

Multiple customers are reporting outages on their VPS servers. We're looking into it now.
