@barthox yes the word Web 2.0 alone evokes resistance. Social tools is a good way to name it. I use often just the social web.

What is the best way to find the demand for information management and knowledge sharing in an organization quickly? Qualitative interviews?
@danicar tackled information overload and need for innovation and then went on to social media. Works then web2 right away.
@danicar was not that high. :-) I presented some lessons learnt but prefer ppt with little text. Need to blog about it. :-)
