Good news... the Daily News finally signed off on a Phables book. I've already moved the Evil Inc book up, but expect Phables by summer!
@pvponline Geez! That guy made Brent look so graceful! That's amazing animation!
@Jondrosky I feel bad saying it 'cause the guy is godlike in his drawing skills. But I think a solid inker would make it so much better.
@williamjclark I am waiting for someone to approve the cover I completed 25 minutes ago. Then I can go home and catch 5 hours sleep.
Waiting for Eagles game to be over so we can put the paper to bed. The later I'm here, the more painful 7 a.m. will be.
@aurenta That's tremendous! :)
@Skawtnyc Y'know, it *was* an awesome way to do the obligatory "distribute new weapons to warriors" scene in fantasy movies.
"Narnia:" At first, I thought the Santa scene was corny. Then it hit me: If I accept griffins, centaurs, etc, then I gotta accept Kringle.
The tooth was hanging by a thread. But the blood caused panic. So I distracted with a cold cloth and applied *just* enough pressure.
Aaaaaand the 6yo just lost another tooth. Courtesy of wrestling with the 2yo.
I enjoyed "Narnia" an awful lot. It's not going to become a favorite, but it certainly wasn't a bore either.
Thanks for all the advice! Watched "Narnia." 6yo tuned out at the beginning, returned and fell asleep just before the lion sacrifice. Whew.
Also... need parenting advice: Is "Chronicles of Narnia" age-appropriate for a 6yo? (i.e: any really scary or suggestive scenes?)
Just brought home the Christmas tree and starting on porch decorations. Ironically, Halloween decorations were up way earlier. :)
Starting in on a long day of comicking. In good position to get at least 1 1/2 weeks done. :)
@markCalifornia Fair warning: One day, I will steal that pun with compete impunity. :)
@markCalifornia Right?! Don't you love that? Second only to the story told by the suburbanite Wiccan who hosts rituals in his backyard!
This story captivated me over breakfast at Reading Terminal Market today: UFO sightings in Philly are up 700%: http://tinyurl.com/6ewxvs
Waited around all day for a service call -- who just called to say that he was still in Atlantic City and wasn't going to make it today.
