@adkisson Spaghetti strands tended to stick together, but not too badly. Mild flavor. Very diff texture from dry pasta; quite pleasant. |
learned a) fresh pasta is sticky, b) make twice as much as estimated, c) longer in fridge may = better. Overall a success though. |
