Memo to self: No matter how tempting it is to let kidlet keep sleeping when she dozes off at 6:30, don't let her.
So glad to be home after a long cruddy commute. Was relaxing on couch with little one and she's drifted off to sleep.
@AnnKingman Re: gift -- that's a bummer| If they have other stuff to open, are they old enough to understand?
@patrickrhone That's scary. I know I need to do some processing when I hit 100 -- in fact, was just working on that!
@jmallinson I think the background of @kaleidoscopecnc is kind of neat because it exemplifies their line of work (scrapbooking supplies)
During baseball's "hot stove season," when to get excited? I err on the side of caution -- remain merely "interested" until it's official.
@lillyj Holy cow, are you ok?
@klsiegel Sounds like you did a logical thing! You considered the local business first, and then found what you needed. :)
Thankfully, the fact that our boxes of copy paper didn't arrive yet has not caused any incontinence, that I'm aware of, to me or my staff
I have to share this (from a work email): I apologize for any incontinence this may have caused you and your department. lol lol lol
My fiction read of the moment is Off Season by Anne Rivers Siddons. Really, really enjoying it. Quirky, enveloping, with real characters
Lovely evening -- husband and kidlet found a tree, which we put up and lighted (ornaments another night), then read on the couch for ages.
@facelikefizz Yes, 140 characters does force creativity and abbreviations, doesn't it? Sounds like your book group is smart and realistic!
@jmallinson Could be for your own pleasure (if you read tweets online). Could be useful for marketing purposes; can showcase logo, etc.
@klsiegel Wish I could read in moving vehicles; I get motion sick. Wouldn't help during the week anyway, since I'm the one driving. lol
Anyone else finding it hard to read much this time of year? Perhaps once I get my Christmas shopping and cards done, I can relax & read.
@ScottElias That's so cute. My daughter, same age, announced last night that she was tempted to sit *in* the fireplace to wait for Santa.

@jmallinson I don't think either is self-indulgent, but FB friends might suffer in silence if it was overkill; more obvious when de-friended
I've never been in this woman's shoes, but choice not to fight for child support contributes to hard times. http://tinyurl.com/5o3qnu
