The Year in Review
The Special Issue: The year 2004 brought advances in technology, important new acquisitions, notable faces and important anniversaries to the Library of Congress. Throughout the year, staff and management continued the Library's core mission of service to Congress while developing a variety of important offerings to the American public and continuing international leaderships in many areas.
