@harda - No, it's TCP - TCP Fast Retransmit creates unnecessary resends (from the remote end) - I can't control the Internet's settings. |
Modern TCP does NOT work over high-latency (i.e., 900ms) GPRS connections. Too many TCP retransmissions and dup. ACKs. FAIL. |
