Went home and bought online with the new Juniper card. They should have suggested that at the store. |
Never thought I would get bad customer service from Apple |
So I return it and not get the six month zero intrest. Would have bought online and not made two trips. They gave me bad info |
Show up with the approval and the said they can't do it without the juniper card. Call them it will take 30 days. Have to pay Amex before |
Juniper took an hour to process the new card So I was told to pay using my Amex and bring in the email and switch it to the juniper, no prob |
It really is a complaint about the Juniper credit card and the way the store said one thing then another. no choices just empty promises |
Anyone have the best way to level a complaint with Apple about this store? |
