Home ownership useful tip: If pipe frozen is your kitchen sink open the doors beneath and crank up the heat a bit. Pipe just unfroze. Magic. |

garage door won't open. ok opens but only about 2 feet then i have to run over and 'help' it the rest of the way. also likely due to cold. |
