Summary:	The collection consists of manuscript materials, sound recordings, photographs, and moving images documenting the performance of bluegrass music, klezmer music, Hungarian folk dance and music, Piedmont blues music, gospel music, and Afro-Cuban music and dance recorded live outdoors on Neptune Plaza in front of the Library of Congress.
