@ect sorry for the confusion - the rotation is a feature in Pro; you could fire it up in demo mode if your license is for standard
@ect In the Style:Text inspector, you can change the shape's Text Rotation to Absolute to avoid rotating the text along with the shape.
@kristn if you hold down the shift key while dragging w/ the line tool, OmniGraffle will constrain it to 45-deg. intervals. Does that help?
@sandofsky that's something we'd definitely be interested in diagnosing; maybe shoot an email to the support ninjas?
@pixel if it helps, version 5 includes an updater that does what you're looking for.
@davidcorrell if you're having trouble with anything, we're happy to help here, via email, or you can give us a call.
@cheeseslice sorry to hear that! We would be very interested in any feedback you'd be willing to provide
Just getting a little settled in after finally making it to v5.1. Wonder what I'll do for 5.2?
@BobbyAndersen sorry for the trouble with the app! We can try to help here, or you can Send Feedback from under the help menu.
@bruinsma it sounds like you have "Automatic Layout" activated in the Diagram Layout inspector. That help?
@jayzes Aw... shucks... you're gonna make me blush! Thanks!
@chris_d_adams sounds like you have auto-layout enabled: you can uncheck the box in the Diagram Layout inspector to turn it off.
@cornetchap re: drawing lines - the "connecting objects with the line tool" page in the help menu materials has what you're looking for.
@cornetchap sounds like you have auto-layout enabled: you can uncheck the box in the Diagram Layout inspector to turn it off.
@hrlori In 5.1, Template Chooser & Outline Sidebar may help you get started. If not, email <omnigraffle@omnigroup.com> - we can help.
@bashford If you send email to <sales@omnigroup.com> we can get you an OmniGraffle 4 license to use until IT installs 10.5 - no charge
@inkedmn generally, [read only] means that the trial period has already run out on the app. I'd email support ninjas.
@inkedmn please check console for any messages that appear when OmniGraffle starts up and copy/paste into an email to support ninjas. sorry!
@inkedmn er, restarting omnigraffle that is.
@inkedmn something's wrong there - try setting OmniGraffle's preferences aside and rebooting.
