@annetteschulte Possible, but I think @wmhartnett's post pretty much says all that needs to be said about "breaking news" http://is.gd/bbhO
@annetteschulte The now-updated original (http://is.gd/bbc0) does have a photo, though categorized as "breaking news." Breaking? Seriously?
@kmunson Some stuff on Interactive Narratives using Vuvox http://is.gd/bb1n
@brianboyer, @markryan, et al.'s http://newsmixer.us seems to think my name is "None" no matter what my Facebook privacy settings are.
Not sure what exactly I just bought from @woot, but I got three of them. To share, of course.
Checking out @crunchberryorg's http://newsmixer.us Hope it gets used locally (and at other news orgs when the source is opened) but will it?

Star-Tribune metro columnist spends an entire column on a football player's penis. And there's video. http://is.gd/aPXH
Dear recently laid-off and bought-out employees, Happy holidays and best of luck. Love, Sam Zell. http://is.gd/aPrS

Mostly asleep this morning when I heard newspaper guy on NPR says "We will survive." I'll have to go hunt down that piece of audio.
@michaelmonday The inclusion of spell check in the latest version helps it win out over the inferior, but spell check-enabled, TwitterFox.
Now using @tweetdeck as my twitter app of choice. Also, Posterous.com is an interesting service, similar to Tumblr but perhaps more useful.
@ljlewis The problem with pronouns is that "I banged it last night" sounds a lot worse than "I banged my toe last night" out of context.
@ctborie That link didn't work for me, but I can tell you're checking out some new subwoofers
Cute kid, but one of the worst "news" videos ever. One of my students pointed me to it and I want my five minutes back. http://is.gd/aC4h
Gannett has damaged its own newspapers and American journalism, says Jon Talton http://bit.ly/CE2f
