A few new cases involving requests to be excused from reporting requirements imposed by the Department's Energy Information Administration are now available. If you are looking for general information about EIA reporting requirements, check out the questions and answers that are available by clicking on the appropriate button above.

Access is available to DOE's regulations governing the processing of requests for exceptions from the requirement that you submit information to the Energy Information Administration (EIA). In addition, answers are also available in question and answer format to some questions commonly asked by firms that are required to file forms with the Energy Information Administration.
